  “How to steam the milk automatically 😀 In this short video I wanna show you how easy it is to texture the milk. Just place the milk jug in a fixed position (I’m using a 75cl jug here). The tip of the steam wand has to be inside the milk with a max. of 5mm from the surface. You want the wand to have an angle of 30-45°, positioned at the side of the jug (ensures the “rolling wave”). Open the steam wand with full power (around 1bar). Don’t move at all, only check the temperature with your hands. If you’re able to touch the jug for 5-6 sec (women: 3-4 sec) until it starts to be too hot to hold, you have reached the optimal milk temperature (between 60-65C°). Go ahead and try it 👍🏻“
