CPU Degradation. The degrading process of an aging cpu, In my case the 940BE x4.

This cpu Was able to do 4ghz under 1.5volts. Turns out after running 3.6 - 3.8ghz for benchmarking and gaming, I've noticed a need for more voltage. So as it stands, It still does 4ghz. Not quite as stable either.

I laid on 1.5250 volts to reach a 4ghz clock which I validated. And it turns out to NOT be valid at all according to CPU-Z. http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=584003

After careful examination of the hardware and software settings, I could find no real reason explaining the false CPU-Z.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the cores tend to fluctuate in speed. Sometimes as much as 15mhz+ on each core and more than that between 2 core speeds.

So any way. From 1.44 volts to 1.5250 volts after a few months time.

Egyébként mi a pontos kódja a procidnak?

    A 975-höz 1,4V van írva [link]
