  We have not been able to detect your FON signal for two weeks and your La Fonera appears to be offline. That means it isn’t able to share WiFi with other Foneros. This is generally because your La Fonera is not plugged in properly or simply needs to be unplugged for a couple of seconds and plugged back in.

  Remember that after a month of your La Fonera being offline (that means it’s not plugged in and running), your free WiFi access privileges (roaming) will be temporarily put on hold. If you think there has been a mistake and that your La Fonera is in fact online, or need any other assistance, please click here.
