  Hétvégén volt két eset, amikor "fun játékosok" (extrém gyenge eff és győzelmi arány) direkt kitoltak az ellenfél elé, illetve lelöktek egy folyóba. Nyitottam a supportnál 2 ticket-et, mindkét csata replay-ét mellékeltem hozzá. Ma megkaptam a válaszukat:

  "Dear Tank Commander,

  We have implemented an automatic anti killing system that automatically detects, counts and bans players.

  Therefore we don’t manually punish players who shoot at allies. Note that this system does not make the difference between intentional team-damaging and accidents, hence we can only advise you to be careful when aiming at an enemy who is nearby one of your ally.

  However this system does not work with the number of kills but with the amount of "friendly" damage done. This has to be tolerant since we don't want to punish players who made a mistake.

  We are aware that this system is not perfect but so far it shows us great results, we consider that this kind of behavior will be eventually sanctioned and learn the lesson. Also, the penalty fees for such behavior have considerably been increased, therefore we think that this will discourage team killing in the future.
