  Please download "COMDLG32.OCX" and copy it into the folder "System32" under windows directory. Click here to download the file "COMDLG32.OCX" . Then, open the run dialog box using "Start > Run ..." and enter command "RegSvr32 c:\windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx" to register the OCX file. If this does not fix the problem, download file "install-ocx.exe" from here and install it to your computer.
