    Regarding your query, I have an update from the Product expert team and they informed that you are being charged because even though you are sending the transfer to a HU IBAN, the bank itself (Transfer wise) is located in Belgium (the BIC is Belgian too). Therefore, the transfer is recognized as a local/cross-border transfer in a currency different from the local currency of the recipient country. Since the currency is HUF and the recipient country is Belgium."
