  If I'm right, you dont speak hungarian, you just try to finding solution for your problem. If you use google translate, it's a little bit hard to get the exact meaning of some hungarian speech.
  For example the line "conclusion", is only interested after the problem solved.

  About the exact machine type, it's not enough the "Toshiba Satellite", and the "date", because, its the name of the manufacturer, and the whole produtc line, and the manufacturer made multiple exact type under the same product line such as Satellite, and year. You need to find more details, maybe a label on the palm rest, or at the inside of the battery holder. Or if the machine can power on, download an application called "HWinfo", its free, and it will list the machine details.

  About the fault: can you upload a video with sound on, to a video site and link it to here?
  Because not all of the electrical noises means defected components.

  A new charger can always the fastest solution, but if you can show us a video, maybe there are other ways. About the video quality, a normal smartphone can handle it, and with that you can use youtube.

  But if you really need a new charger, to buy the best compatibility model you need the exact type number of your notebook, like I mentioned before.
