  The readings vary quite a bit. We suspect there is a peering issue somewhere...

  The WDR3600 is perfectly capable of handling speeds up to about 500mbits, so that's not the problem.

  I wonder if you can do a traceroute to ispmon.samknows.mlab2.lju01.measurement-lab.org?

  Open up cmd on your computer, enter this:

  tracert ispmon.samknows.mlab2.lju01.measurement-lab.org

  It can take a minute to complete the full trace, can you please take screenshot of the results and attach it to me in your response?

  Also, do you know if your ISP restricts international traffic? We are using a server in Slovenia to do the tests, but if your ISP restricts international traffic, that might also explain why it's slow...
