  hank you for contacting Ubisoft Support and apologies for the delayed response.

  The Giveaway ran from the 5th of October until the 11th of October.

  Sadly we cannot see any activation for the "Fallen Ghost DLC" on your account,
  although we see you activated the other free giveaway "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon" which ran at the same time.

  Unfortunately we are not able to activate the DLC if it wasn't claimed during the giveaway.
