    Mikor a határozatot meghozta a Paypal, hogy visszakapom a pénzt akkor a következő információt kaptam:

    Shipping Guidelines

    To receive your refund, we need to confirm that you sent the merchandise to your seller. To do this, you'll need to use a method of shipping that can provide online tracking information. Please confirm that the shipping company you use can provide online tracking. Once you've shipped the merchandise, please log in to your PayPal account and visit the Resolution Center to provide the online tracking information for the package.

    If the transaction was 55 000 HUF or more, we require signature confirmation from your seller. This is an additional service that most shipping companies can provide, when requested.

    Once we have confirmed your seller has received the merchandise, we will issue your refund. The refund amount should reflect in your PayPal balance within 5 business days, if not sooner. If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your credit card. Please note, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.

    Remember, you need to ship the merchandise and provide online tracking information in the Resolution Center before 24 December 2015. You can also cancel this claim at any time in the Resolution Center. If we don’t hear from you before the deadline, the case will be closed and you will not receive your refund.
