    Szia!
    Köszönöm, hogy írsz. Ezeket már mind beállítottam, default-ra is állítottam, de tényleg mindent, amit lehet átnéztem vagy 30x. Necces lesz, amit kérdezek,mert ezt az egyet még sosem cisnáltam
    Lenovo T61 7661-et akarok akkor frissíteni, illetve annak a bios-át.
    Letöltöm és aztán mit kell tennem? Béna kérdés, tudom,de ez van sajnos.

    Generally these are the steps of updating the BIOS using the CD method:

    1 - Download the BIOS ISO from Lenovo according to the model you have (there are 3 variants of the T61 so make sure you choose the correct one).

    2 - Burn the image on to a blank CD (you can use a free burning utility such as ImgBurn to do this). Once completed leave the CD in the drive.

    3 - Ensure the system has a charged battery and is connected to the mains. Save any work that you may have and then restart the system.

    4 - On startup, when the ThinkPad logo appears keep tapping the F12 button.

    5 - On the boot list select the DVD/CD drive.

    6 - Let it load and then choose to update the System BIOS. Some prompts may pop up to ensure that you have connected to the AC Mains and have a battery in. Proceed and let it flash, it is very important that you do not press anything or turn the system off or else you may risk bricking the system.

    7 - A loud beep should follow to indicate a successful flash, restart the system and take out the Update CD. When the ThinkPad logo appears on startup press the F1 button to enter the BIOS. Check the BIOS revision to make sure that it had flashed correctly.

    If you opt for the modified BIOS from Middleton some steps may vary due to the lack of interface but it will still flash if you follow the steps carefully.
