  Network Issues - Emergency Router Reload in London

  We are unfortunately continuing to see routing issues on our core in London, this is currently suspected to be a DoS attack targeted at the routers specifically.

  In order to resolve this issue temporarily, we have an engineer on route, who's ETA is 40mins. Once on site he will liaise with our NOC who intend to do a full reload on both our redundant routers. This will cause a connection outage which we hope will be brief.

  For those techies out there we also have a case open with Cisco TAC about this issue, which we hope will lead to a permanent fix
