  We are currently looking to hire

  Quality Assurance Engineer

  For our Budapest Office

  OPREMA is a growing set of interconnected applications which enable users to query core renovated data in the Firm. The data includes positions and balances of accounting events, Journals of the debit/credit accounting entries, Legacy Journals transactions sent by a source system, Settlements for which accounting entries and P&B updates are generated, Trades and Trades Completion of details of mainframe trades at every stage of the Completion process. This is in addition to Exception Management capabilities for many divisions in the firm and many other applications.

  We currently have an opening on this project and are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  Responsibilities:
  • Work with many business units and development teams to understand business requirements and technical design
  • Design and execute front-end and back-end tests for large and fast pace integration projects
  • Maintain and execute regression packages
  • Implement process improvements and testing automation
  • Sign-off on release and support go-live

  Skills required:
  • 5+ years of experience building GUI and backend test plans and test cases
  • 4 years of experience managing own QA projects
  • Ability to discuss and understand business requirements with the business teams
  • Excellent ability to work with the development team throughout the QA cycle to deliver a high quality product
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary especially with remote global teams
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Flexibility to learn and utilize commercial and in-house testing tools

  Skills desired:
  • Experience using UNIX/Linux, Windows OS
  • Knowledge of MQ Series, SQL and XML
  • Experience using Quality Center
