  We are looking for a

  Enterprise Infrastructure Project Support Analyst

  For our Budapest Office

  Working as part of the global Enterprise Infrastructure Projects (EIP) team, the role will be required to provide analysis and follow up of data across the project portfolio to ensure the department maintains compliance.

  Responsibilities:
  • Generation of ad hoc reporting on all, or a subset of, projects within the department using the standard project management tools.
  • Review and follow-up on EI data in Firmwide reports. Reports are generated using EI data for circulation outside the department, this role will ensure that data is of good quality and, if not, follow up with the project manager.
  • Monitoring and remediation of general project management tool data quality issues when identified as part of daily work, or ad-hoc reporting.
  • Monitoring of projects just below the Tier 3 threshold for compliance, and follow up with project managers to ensure standards are applied when necessary
  • Implementation of project management standards is dependent on a minimum level of requirements being met across all projects. This role will be required to monitor the level of compliance using a combination of automated and manual information gathering.
  • Monthly review of automated project audit report data to identify issues with projects. Issues will need to be flagged to the project manager for remediation. This element will be supported by the team leader.
  • One-to-one health check audit review with project managers to look at minimum standards, as well as content of project documentation, project logs and project work plan. This element will be supported by the team leader.

  Skills Required:
  • Excellent communications skills- ability to be tactful and firm when necessary
  • Knowledge of project management terminology and techniques, ideally gained as a PMO or Project Manager. Understanding of the importance of consistency, and regulatory demands.
  • Very strong analysis skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain focus on a repeated process
  • Good level of ability across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently, and often with remote colleagues
  • Ability to manage time and multiple pieces of work
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of a global organization

  Skills desired:
  • Knowledge and understanding of network, server and voice technology and terminology
  • Knowledge of Business Objects
  • Knowledge of HP Portfolio and Project Management
