  Engineering Lead

  professional for our multinational integrated content, analytics and technology provider partner.

  The job:

  · Guide the Delivery Team within Company’s values, principles and practices in order to continuously deliver quality software to production

  · Model excellent Agile behaviors and interactions

  · Support the Delivery Team to help them perform at their highest level

  · Work with the Delivery Team to set, monitor and achieve ambitious improvement goals

  · Record and publish data showing the team goals, achievements and progress

  · Lead team retrospectives to help identify and action team improvements

  · Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues

  · Coach and mentor more junior engineers

  · Develop, test and support production software

  · Perform code reviews

  · Contribute to Communities of Practice and other initiatives designed to enhance engagement, knowledge, and productivity across the company

  The requirements:

  · Practiced in driving innovation within teams

  · Excellent knowledge of Agile development and test practices

  · Experience in Web Development, C#, .net and database design

  · Significant experience in unit testing

  · Familiarity in different automated testing techniques and technologies

  · Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles

  · Previous work relating to the financial markets is an advantage

  · Excellent spoken and written English
