We are seeking engineers for the EMEA region for the following position:Customer Support Engineer (Level 3)
Customer Support Engineer to provide Customers, Business Partners and on-site technicians with remote technical support of the firms’ products and solutions as well as Multi Vendor solutions and OEM products as applicable.
The Consultant will be faced with the key challenges of:
- Providing remote technical support (telephone and remote isolation, diagnostic, and resolution tools, documents, and capabilities to resolve complex integrated end-user implementation, configuration, migration, and operational issues on Server based hardware and Communications Manager Application) that meets the goals and objectives of the -Global Services Center
-Providing support activities (supporting 3rd party products/solutions and occasional on-site support) in a multi vendor/solution environment
-Liaising with customers and internal organizations to ensure that customer expectations are met
-Remaining flexible to meet the varied work requirements in a virtual environmentRequirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CIS, MIS) or Electrical Engineer
-Fluency in English language
-Working experience in handling complex installations of various equipment (Call Center capability, IVR, IP enterprise Platforms, IP telephony system, TCP/IP protocols, routing, subnets, and troubleshooting, VoIP technologies, LAN/WAN network architecture design principles, practices, implementation, maintenance)
-Experience in: Apache, Tomcat, xml, web server, SQL database, network knowledge
-Linux OS support experienceAdvantages:
-CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CCSP, CCIE Routing/Switching, CCIE Voice/Security, CCVP, and/or IP Telephony specialization)
-Red Hat Linux Certification
-VPN, Communications Manager, SSG solutions experienceWe are expecting your CV in Hungarian and English language and motivation letter
