  Heh, a fiatalsag(?) hogy kiakad a csucs verzio $6000 aran. Pedig a regi szep idokben sokkal meredekebb volt a helyzet:

  Mountain View, CA--Jan. 27, 1997--Silicon Graphics Inc.(Mountain View, CA) announced it will reduce prices on its O2workstation line. Effective February 1, prices on all MIPS R10000 175 MHz O2 workstations will drop by as much as 20 percent, reducing the entry point for those configurations to $14,495.

  In addition, the company announced it will reduce the pricing of memory for its entire desktop line by 33 percent. These price cuts are announced in conjunction with the introduction of the company's new OCTANE mid-range workstation at a press conference today.

  Each of these configurations ships with a 4 Gbytes hard disk, 64 Mbytes RAM, 17-in. monitor, keyboard, mouse, and CD-ROM.
