  Main responsibilities:

  * Application installation, implementation, support and system testing
  * Make necessary configurations based on requirements
  * Troubleshooting, problem solving , 2nd level of technical support (analysis of program specifications in order to identify, resolve and document resolutions to system environmental problems )
  * Vendor management
  * Technical documentation - collection of information about a technical product and prepare Technical and User Documentation
  * Testing running programs or systems. Initial functional testing.
  * Provide training to users if necessary
  * Be updated with products and technology
  * Keep contact with 3rd party suppliers and other team members

  Requirements:

  * At least 2 years IT experience working on technical projects and/or implementing packaged or proprietary application software.
  * Experience in 2nd level user and system support
  * Undestanding SQL based logics
  * Problem solving skills and a focus on results
  * Undestanding business processes and needs
  * Strong customer-focused service approach
  * A high degree of professionalism; ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a senior level audience
  * Intermediate-level written and spoken English language ability required.

  Advantage: Experience with electronic financial transaction processing or card payments systems ( Banks, Telecoms, Retail chains, etc. )
