  Thank you for your recent order,

  We are writing to let you know that we are now aware there is an issue with the STEAM key that we sent to you for Sniper Elite 3 and that we are currently working with our supplier and the game publisher to resolve this issue.

  At this time we do not have any further information regarding this issue that we can offer you via email or telephone but we assure you that we will keep you updated as and when we have more information regarding a solution.
