  Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

  Relocation Package, includes your first 7 nights in Belfast in a City centre Hotel, we will assist with setting up a bank account, National insurance number and assist with finding accommodation via local landlords, we will even reimburse your expenses to a maximum of 150 EURO.

  This is a PERMANENT position. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer/technical support for the configuration and use of Logitech Harmony products. Under direct supervision, in a contact centre environment, the TSR will use computer-based tools as well as their own problem-solving skills to identify, research, isolate, and resolve customer issues. Communication with the customer will be either verbally via telephone or in written form, such as e-mail, letters, faxes, chat and forums.
  Customer satisfaction, timely resolution and driving loyalty are at the heart of this role so you must be professional and have the ability to be confident, assertive and engaging when dealing with all potential and existing Customers.

  We will highly value candidates with

  * Fluency in written and spoken DUTCH
  * English Advanced/ Proficiency Level.
  * Previous experience in a customer service / technical support
  * Experience in database / customer management systems including excellent attention to detail when inputting and collating information
  * Excellent telephone manner including competent questioning skills
  * Experience of working to a high quality assurance standard within a target driven environment.
