  Our partner operating in the financial sector, is looking for a VBA Developer professional.
  Main duties and responsibilities
  Debug errors and suggest improvements of embedded VBA code Analyze the interactions and impacts of RAM, CPU, Windows configuration on a given working Excel Work with clients to understand and document Excel computations of various degrees of complexity Prepare a migration path to move out of Excel into standardized tools e.g. Python, Java
  Required competencies
  
  Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of IT experience 2-3 extensive work in the relevant skills Any expertise in Python or 3rd party ETL tools e.g. KNIME is welcome Financial/accounting knowledge is bonus Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management Process Excel, VBA, Windows 7/10 desktop Ability of writing, debugging macros, formulas within Excel
