  Senior C++ Developer

  Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
  The Budapest site of Nokia Siemens Networks is focusing on customer centric solutions driven by the latest market demands incorporating the most advanced technologies in the mobile world. Your role as Senior C++ Developer will be to participate in an agile, motivated and professional software development team to find and implement solutions to the upcoming requirements and issues. You will actively contribute in the design, implementation and testing of the market leading Home Location Register (HLR) – GSM core network element.

  Requirements:
  • 3+ years relevant experience in development
  • Strong knowledge of C++
  • Experience with STL, Boost and Multithreading
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns
  • Experience of testing at component and integration level
  • Capability to read and analyze technical documentation
  • Good command of English
  • MSc or BSc degree in telecommunications, computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification

  Advantages:
  • Knowledge of mobile networks, the functionality and procedures in GSM Systems
  • Knowledge of software testing/integration methodologies
  • Programming skills with script languages (e.g. Perl, Python)
  • Linux and network administration experience
  • Direct experience with agile and scrum methodology
  • Direct experience with continuous integration and TDD
