    Development Manager (C#, .NET)
    professional for our multinational integrated content, analytics and technology provider partner.
    Tasks:

    Lead a development team consisting of Junior and Senior Developers
    Coordinate the workflow of Testers, a Functional and a Technical Architect as a SCRUM Master
    Plan and track the development cycle of Company products
    Ensure the integration, maintenance and quality of software developed by the team
    Active participation in developing, code reviewing
    Provide reports on development flow
    Continuous contact with the Product Manager responsible for the functionality of the products
    Strong cooperation with other Development Managers
    Active participation in recruiting process
    Constant mentoring and coaching for team members

    Requirements:

    2 years of experience in managing and driving a development team (performance management, recruiting, mentoring)
    5+ years of experience in C#, .NET (we will consider candidates from other OO backgrounds) and database design an agile environment
    Strong level of English
    Experience in full-cycle product development (specification, architecture, development, testing, release to client)
    Project management experience (TFS)
    Very good communication skills
    Outstanding team coordination skills

    Advantages:
