  Position Summary

  Be responsible for test activities (plan, automate, report) of specific projects

  Job Responsibilities

  - Research and adopt new testing processes, tools and technologies
  - Document standards and practices and ensure they are introduced across the team and enforced with software engineers.
  - Document test requirements specifications, design test systems and design tests.
  - Document test cases and test scripts and programs using the relevant technology e.g. TestDirector or Java and other open source technologies.
  - Hold bug review meetings

  Qualifications for Position

  - Technical Degree

  Specific Skills Required

  - Good understanding of web: http, HTML, JavaScript, Flash, Browsers
  - Software development and test life cycle.
  - Structured Testing background.
  - TestDirector (Quality Center) or similar test management and defect tracking tool
  - Good communication skills in English
  - Willingness to work alone and with remote teams
  - Must be proactive and be willing to take the lead with managing the test process over multiple international locations

  Necessary Experience

  - 2+ years structured testing experience.
  - Test automation experience of web applications
  - JUnit experience

  Desirable Experience

  - Performance/Load Testing experience is an advantage
  - Experience in VBScript
