    Az FDH-nál sokszor olcsóbb a hu.farnell.hu, csak 1400-ért szállítanak (2 napra).

    Amúgy a javasolt MX1117regulátorról nem találtam adatlapot, de a Texas verziójáé (LM1117) ezt írja:

    "Output Capacitor
    The output capacitor is critical in maintaining regulator stability, and must meet the required conditions for both minimum amount of capacitance and ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance). The minimum output capacitance required by the LM1117-N is 10μF, if a tantalum capacitor is used. Any increase of the output capacitance will merely improve the loop stability and transient response. The ESR of the output capacitor should range between 0.3Ω - 22Ω. In the case of the adjustable regulator, when the CADJ is used, a larger output capacitance (22μf tantalum) is required."

    Az LT1117-é peig hasonlót:
    "Stability The LT1117 family of regulators requires an output capacitor as part of the device frequency compensation. A minimum of 10μF of tantalum or 50μF of aluminum electrolytic is required. The ESR of the output capacitor should be less than 0.5Ω. Surface mount tantalum capacitors, which have very low ESR, are available from several manufacturers. When using the LT1117 adjustable device, the adjust terminal can be bypassed to improve ripple rejection. When the adjust terminal is bypassed, the required value
    of the output capacitor increases. The device will require an output capacitor of 22μF tantalum or 150μF aluminum electrolytic when the adjust pin is bypassed."

    Ezzel ellentétben betették a kerámiakondikat, amitől tuti gerjed a regulátor, mert huszad akkora, 10 mohm körüli az eredő ESR-jük! Nem tudom, ki készítette, de a kínaiak pl. akut módon így terveznek tápot...

    De Te jól csináltad, hogy tantált tettél be! ;)
