  Hát mivel a former mint írtam azt jelenti, hogy előbbi, ezért kizárásos alapon valóban csak az első lehetőségre utalhat.

  "Viszont pl. ebben a (nem kispályás) topikban is végig 4-modul/8-core prociként emlegetik a Zambezit."

  Amennyiben ez így van akkor ez valóban nem a Zambezi hanem inkább "Quad-Core Bulldozer".

  A várható teljesítményről ennyit találtam:

  • Two times 4 Bulldozer modules (2 x 8 "cores" or 16 cores) are about 60 to 80% faster than the twelve core Opteron 6100 CPU in SPECInt_rate.

  With Bulldozer, AMD finally seems to have designed an aggressive integer core. Since the introduction of the Intel Woodcrest in 2006, Intel’s CPUs have been offering superior integer crunching performance per core. Since integer performance determines the performance of 90-95% of the server application out there, this is a big deal.

  Presumably, widening the pipelines to four would give a good boost to Integer performance. I suppose 33% would be the max unless they beef up the decoders but 20% would be enough. I'm guessing they would also change the current behavior of the decoders which now tend to stall when when decoding complex instructions and would probably reduce the decode time on more of the Integer instructions.
