  Thank you for your recent contact with us. We understand you have made a request to remove some or all of your personal data from our systems.

  We have received and reviewed your request for the removal of your personal data from our systems and can confirm we are unable to proceed with your request. However, I have amended your marketing preferences, which means you will no longer receive marketing correspondence from us.
