  Találtam egy fórumot éppen ua a problem:

  Próbáld ki az alábbit:
  Save and close Word or any Microsoft Office 2010 product.
  go to RUN and Type services.msc and hit ENTER button,
  Find Print Spooler Service and restart the service,
  click START button and go to Printers and Faxes, if you can not see this tab on start menu then try Control Panel and Printers and Faxes section,
  in Printers and Faxes window Click FILE tab from the top left side of the window and then click SERVER PROPERTIES, (to be able to see this menu there mustn't be any printer highlighted in the same window!!!)
  from Server Printer Properties window click on DRIVERS tab
  REMOVE the Correct printer driver,
  OPEN any office document now and click FILE then PRINT,
  Clik add printer and find the same printer from the list of printers again.
  Now your printer driver is downloaded from the print server and will be ready soon to be used again.
