A Nintendo tavaly ősszel jelentette be, hogy készül egy teljesen új Super Mario animációs film, amelynek főbb szinkronhangjai között olyan ismert színészek lesznek, mint Chris Pratt (Mario), Anya Taylor-Joy (Princess Peach), Charlie Day (Luigi) és Jack Black (Bowser). Az eredeti tervek még arról szóltak, hogy idén decemberben már láthattuk volna moziban a végeredményt, a minap azonban megkaptuk a sajnálatos hírt, hogy csak 2023. április 28-án lesz látható a film.
This is Miyamoto. After consulting with Chris-san, my partner at Illumination on the Super Mario Bros. film, we decided to move the global release to Spring 2023–April 28 in Japan and April 7 in North America. My deepest apologies but I promise it will be well worth the wait.
