    A Thomson televíziók gyártója, a kínai TCL az egyik leggyorsabban fejlődő brand a televíziók piacán. Köszönhető ez annak is, hogy a budget kategóriában rendszerint kimagasló ár-érték arányú készülékekkel jön elő. Példaként említhető a 2017-es év slágerterméke, a TCL P607-es modellje, mely a tengerentúlon került forgalomba, és számos elismert, független tesztoldal elismerését elnyerte (pl.: [link]).

    Az TCL ügyfélszolgálata nekem erre a problémafelvetésemre azt javasolta, hogy végezzek el egy gyári állapotra történő teljes visszaállítást.

    Ennek a menete a következő: (This guide is best done in English, set the language to English UK under System, on Android under your Android settings).

    Step 1:

    Please remove all end devices from your TV, including the CI cards.
    Press the settings button on your remote control.
    - Go to the option - to the picture/picture. (We are looking for CONTRAST)
    - Then Expert Settings/Advanced Settings.
    - Then go to Contrast/Contrast without pressing OK and enter the code 6-4-2-5
    - You will see an on-screen service menu.
    - Select RESET ALL - RESET ALL and confirm. (No confirmation is displayed)
    - Then RESET SHOP and confirm this again. (No confirmation will be displayed - the screen will turn black or green)
    - Please pull the mains plug to interrupt the current flow. (1 minute)
    - Then follow the installation steps of your television set. (For Android, please do not follow the installation steps of your TV set, but skip all the points and go to step 2).

    Step 2: Device setting (manage memory) Reset
    → Press the Home button on the remote control.
    → Go to the Settings icon.
    → Go to the Device Settings line
    → Scroll down to the Reset line → OK → Reset → OK → Reset → OK → Clear all → OK → Enter password (1234) → OK → OK

    Then follow the installation steps of your television set.
