  Installation
  
  1. copy og.dll, og_install.bat and operaget.exe to the same directory. I put them into opera's plugin folder.
  2. run og_install.bat to register the DLL. A dialog will popup to display whether the operation succeed or not.
  3. if not done yet, modify the custom menu.ini file in your profile folder.
  
  A sample custom menu.ini is included for your reference, if you want to use it, please follow these steps:
  1. find out where your profile folder is (Help->About)
  2. copy the attached ini file to the ''menu'' subfolder
  3. replace the ''operaget.exe'' in the custom menu.ini path if it is different
  4. In Opera, press ''Alt+P'' or ''Tools->Preferences''
  5. Select ''Toolbars and Menus''
  6. Select ''MyMenu'' in the ''Menu Setup'' box
  7. Click ''Apply'' then ''OK'' to exit the preferences.
