  Apple says that Epic is free to argue its lawsuit over App Store terms in court, and its developer account can be restored as soon as the direct payments feature is removed. [link]

  Hagyná, mert a biznisz a fő, márpedig a Fortnite-on nem tudnak keresni, ha nincs fent az App Store-ban. Gondolom ezért is mennének bele, hogy fent lehet az app a per ideje alatt is, ha kiveszik belőle a szabálysértő elemeket.

  Lásd fent. Szó sincs róla, hogy az Apple csak akkor rakná vissza a Fortnite-ot, ha az Epic eláll a pertől. Csak a szabályoknak kell megefelelnie az appnak, és repül is vissza a storeba.

  Apple has offered Epic the opportunity to cure, to go back to the status quo before Epic installed its “hotfix” that turned into its hot mess, and to be welcomed back into the App Store. All of this can happen without any intervention of the Court or expenditure of judicial resources. And Epic would be free to pursue its primary lawsuit. But Epic does not want to remedy the harm that it contends requires immediate relief because it has a different goal in mind: it wants the Court to allow it to free ride on Apple’s innovation, intellectual property and user trust.
