  We have received your email regarding our Refunded Returns service.
  To help us respond to your request quickly, please ensure that your request includes the four (4) documents required for approval:

  The completed Request for Reimbursement form.

  The last type of proofs to submit depends on the way you have paid your return costs.

  If you have paid your return costs to the Post Office or to a shipping company, please send:

  A receipt of the post office or bank card displaying the shipping costs

  A proof that the item has been sent back to the merchant: either a copy of the receipt or a photo of the package with the destination address visible

  If your return costs have been deducted from your item reimbursement, please send:

  A proof displaying the initial price of the item returned

  A proof displaying the amount of the reimbursement: either the email acceptance of your return or the PayPal confirmation email of your product reimbursement

  If your request is incomplete, we will notify you as soon as possible. You have seven (7) days to send us the missing documents needed to approve your request.

  If your request is accepted, a refund will be paid directly to your PayPal account after you receive our approved status email.

  Ez ugye csak egy automatikus email, hogy megkapták amit küldtem. Bár azt írja, hogy 4 dokumentáció kellene neki, de akárhogy számolom csak 2 jön ki. A pdf, amit letöltöttem és kitöltöttem, meg fotó a feladóvevényről (mivel ugye már kifizettem).

  Itt ők írtk, hogy teljesen újat küldenek. Bár azt nem egészen értettem, hogy a címem minek megint ("could you tell us ,wether this product the service customer arrange the return address for you ,when you give us ,we will resend you new item at first")
