  Not just that, but the Endeavour XP is currently uncapped? I've done the DSE's and their wrapper missions with 19 toons and have gained almost 5 Endeavour perks in about 3 hours. This cannot be intended behaviour?

  There is a daily mission you can take from the new NPCs
  
  Federation and Federation-Aligned officers can speak with Rear Admiral Felicia Harrington, who can be found loitering outside of Admiral Quinn’s inner office at ESD.
  
  Meanwhile, Brigadier General Antessa will aid KDF and KDF-Aligned warriors from his posting within the High Council’s chambers located at the heart of First City on Qo’noS.
  
  This mission will require you to do 3 Deep Space Encounters. At the end of the mission you report to those NPCs and it will give you 2500 Endeavor XP points. And you can repeat this across your characters.
