    Dánia:
    Taxable value up to DKK3,040,000 is taxed at 1 percent. Taxable value in excess of DKK3,040,000 is taxed at 3 percent.
    These taxable values also apply to foreign property taxable in Denmark. In order to estimate the value, a foreign assessment of the property is acceptable if it is similar to a Danish assessment. If there is no foreign assessment, the value of the property can be estimated on the basis of a foreign index. Both the foreign assessment and the foreign index must be approved by the Danish tax authorities.

    France imposes an annual wealth tax on property, Impôt sur la Fortune Immobilière (IFI). It affects households with total taxable property assets worth €1.3 million or more. There is a €800,000 tax-free allowance, then rates start at 0.5% and rise progressively to 1.5%.

    Portugal:
    Each individual municipal has its own rate, and is decided by the municipal assembly. The person/Corporation that owns the property on the last day of the respective tax year is liable to pay the IMI Tax.
    The Tax rates range from 0.3% to 0.45%.Property in rural areas are be taxed at 0.8%, whereas property in more urban areas will fall in the stated range.Property that has been re-valued since 2004 will fall between 0.2 and 0.5%, and property valued before 2004 will be between 0.4 to 0.8%.Some property cases will be exempt from the property tax (IMI). Property which is to be used as a permanent home or to be rented out will be exempt from property tax (IMI) for a period of 3 years and will depend upon the patrimonial value of the property

    Tehát ez sokkal inkább arra szolgál hogy akik nagy értékű ingatlant birtokolnak fizessenek valamennyit évente utána. Ez azért nagyon más tészta mint egy crypto/reszvény nem realizált profitja. A liquid asseteket nem nagyon adóztatják így sehol a világban nem véletlen.
