    The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a professional for its partner in the following position:

    Cloud Solution Developer (Java)

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and design java software, both web and batch applications

    · Take part in testing of the applications

    · Develop the knowledge to be an internal expert for our SAP SuccessFactors solutions

    · Manage (maintain and update) configuration

    · Assist in the implementation of other additional SuccessFactors modules

    · Improve system processes by exploring system configuration options

    · Ongoing maintenance of the SuccessFactors' production and test environments

    · Assist in designing and maintaining interfaces to the system

    · Perform Level 2 support on the application by working with the HR application owners and the vendor's support staff

    · Maintain SAP SuccessFactors security, users and permissions, security groups, rights management

    · Take part in software and architectural development activities according to functional and technical requirements

    Requirements:

    · Degree in technical subject (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)

    · Strong problem solving skills, attention to details, ability to prioritize and desire to learn new technologies

    · Fluency in English (spoken and written)

    · A minimum of 2 years of experience in programming with Java, JavaScript

    · A minimum of 2 years of experience with developing and configuring the business logic tier using Hibernate and Spring

    · A minimum of 2 years of experience with database technologies, including Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL

    · Experience in working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and service oriented architecture technologies using Rest or JSON

    · Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) design principles in multiple software languages to produce Web-based applications

    · Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite and administration thereof (or similar learning/talent platform) is an advantage

    · Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
